Custom Rug Manufacturing & Private Label
As a custom rug manufacturer in India, we produce entirely bespoke pieces to your exact specification. Submit your design as a mood board, sketch, CAD file, Pantone reference, or existing rug sample — our in-house design team converts your brief into a production-ready technical drawing before a single knot is tied.
What we can customise:

- Colour palette — matched to Pantone, RAL, or physical swatch reference

Bespoke Design & Made-to-Order Production
Every trade buyer working with Jaipur Carpet Studio has access to our full bespoke design service — no design background required. We translate your concept, reference image, or mood board into a finished rug, handling every stage of the design process internally.
Design submission process:
- Brief submission — Share your design reference, size requirements, colour palette, and intended use case via email or our trade enquiry form.
- Technical drawing — Our design team produces a CAD drawing or design card within 5–7 working days for your approval.
- Colour sampling — We prepare yarn colour samples matched to your references and send for physical approval before production begins.
- Sample rug — A production sample (approx. 2×3 ft) is woven and shipped for final approval. Amendments can be made at this stage.
- Full production — Once approved, full production commences with your confirmed timeline.
Custom Sizing & Non-Standard Dimensions
We manufacture rugs in any size your project requires — including non-standard, oversize, runner, and irregular shaped pieces that most suppliers cannot accommodate. This is particularly valuable for hospitality and interior design projects where exact dimensions are critical.
Size capabilities:
- Standard sizes: 2×3 ft up to 12×18 ft in stock designs
- Custom sizes: any dimension to your specification, including oversize pieces up to 20×30 ft
- Runners: any length, standard widths of 2 ft, 2.5 ft, 3 ft
- Irregular shapes: round, oval, hexagonal, or custom-cut to template
- Room-sized carpets: wall-to-wall custom production available for hotel and hospitality projects
MOQ for custom sizing: 1 piece per size. No minimum quantity on standard sizes from stock.
Lead time for custom sizes: 8–14 weeks from design approval.
Private Label & White Label Rugs
We offer a full private label and white label rug service for retailers, interior design brands, and wholesalers who want to sell handmade rugs under their own name. Your branding can be applied to rug labels, care tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity — all handled by our team in Jaipur before shipment.
Private label includes:
- Custom woven or printed rug labels with your brand name and logo

Sampling, Prototyping & Design Approval
Before committing to full production, most of our trade buyers request a physical sample. We strongly encourage this — it is the most reliable way to confirm colour accuracy, pile quality, and finish before you place a wholesale order. Our sampling service is designed to be fast, affordable, and low-risk for buyers at every scale.
Sampling process:
- Design card / strike-off — A flat 4×4 inch woven sample showing your colour palette and pattern repeat. Turnaround: 2–3 weeks.
- Production sample — A full-size corner sample (approx. 2×3 ft) woven in your specified technique and material. Turnaround: 3–6 weeks.
- Sample cost — Sampling is charged at cost price. Sample charges are credited against your first production order above 10 pieces.
- Amendments — Up to 2 rounds of amendments are included in the sampling stage at no additional charge.
We recommend all new buyers complete the sampling stage before placing production orders. This protects your investment and ensures the finished product meets your exact requirements.
Wholesale Supply & Bulk Order Fulfilment
Once your designs are approved, we manage the entire production and export process from our facility in Jaipur. We have over six decades of experience supplying wholesale rug orders to buyers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia — and our logistics and documentation processes are built around making international trade as smooth as possible for our buyers.
Wholesale supply details:
- MOQ: From 1 rug for custom pieces; 10 pieces per design for wholesale production runs; no minimum on in-stock items
- Lead time: 8–16 weeks for production orders depending on technique and quantity; in-stock items ship within 7–10 working days
- Shipping: Sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight available. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and GSP/Form A where required
- Payment terms: 30% advance, 70% before shipment. Letter of credit accepted for orders above USD 10,000
- Quality inspection: Every order is inspected against your approved sample before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged on request
