1. Global Dispatch & Complimentary Shipping

Every rug is meticulously woven, finished, and rigorously inspected at our facilities in Jaipur, India, before it begins its journey to you.

• We offer Complimentary Standard Worldwide Shipping on most of our standard collection rugs.
• For exceptionally large, oversized, or heavy bespoke rugs that require specialized freight or white-glove handling, a nominal shipping cost may apply. This will always be calculated and shared transparently with you during the "Request a Quote" phase.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your rug has cleared our final quality assurance checks and is dispatched from our studio, you can expect the following delivery timelines:

• Domestic Orders (Within India): 7 to 8 business days.
• International Orders (Global): 8 to 10 business days.

Please Note: For custom and bespoke commissions, the looming and crafting time (which can take 60 to 120 days) is separate from the shipping timelines mentioned above.

3. Museum-Grade Packaging

We treat every rug as a piece of fine art. To preserve the structural integrity, pile, and natural fibers during transit, we use specialized packaging methods:

• Rugs are carefully rolled or folded depending on their knot-count, material (wool or silk), and dimensions.
• Each piece is encased in multi-layer, weather-resistant, and tear-proof protective packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine showroom condition.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship our rugs across the globe. However, it is important to understand that international borders have varying import regulations.

• The client (consignee) is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs clearance taxes, or local levies imposed by the destination country's government.
• Jaipur Carpet Studio cannot predict or be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in your country.

5. Tracking Your Masterpiece

The moment your rug is handed over to our logistics partners (such as FedEx, DHL, or premium freight forwarders), your dedicated studio concierge will contact you.

• You will receive a secure tracking number and a direct link via email and WhatsApp.
• This allows you to monitor the global transit of your rug in real-time until it is safely delivered to your doorstep.

6. Transit Anomalies & Damage Protocol

While extremely rare due to our robust packaging, transit damage can occasionally occur. If your package arrives with visible, severe exterior wear or tearing:

• Please document the condition with clear photographs before opening the package.
• Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will swiftly assist you with a seamless return, professional repair, or exact replacement at no additional cost to ensure your absolute peace of mind.

7. Expedited Shipping Services

If you are an interior designer or a homeowner with a strict project deadline, we do offer expedited or priority shipping options for domestic deliveries within India at an additional surcharge. Please mention your timeline requirements to our experts when requesting your custom quote.
