For exceptionally large or bespoke oversized rugs that require specialized, white-glove freight handling, a nominal shipping cost may apply. This will be transparently calculated and shared with your personalized quote before purchase.

Once your hand-knotted rug undergoes our rigorous quality inspection and is dispatched from our looms, domestic deliveries within India typically arrive within 7-8 business days. For our international clientele, expect your order to grace your space within 8-10 business days via our premium global courier partners.

The moment your rug leaves our facility, your dedicated studio concierge will share a secure tracking number via email and WhatsApp. This allows you to monitor its global transit in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

While we employ museum-grade packaging, transit anomalies can rarely occur. If your package arrives with visible exterior wear, please document it with photographs immediately and contact your studio representative. We will swiftly arrange a seamless return, replacement, or refund to ensure your complete peace of mind.

Because acquiring a hand-knotted rug is a significant investment and often requires bespoke sizing, we operate on a personalized "Request a Quote" model. Once you select a design, our experts connect with you to understand your specific space requirements and offer the most competitive, factory-direct pricing. Upon your approval, we will share a secure, custom payment link or invoice (accepting Bank Transfers, Credit Cards, and International Wires) to finalize your acquisition.

Orders from our standard collection can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. However, as bespoke and custom-sized rugs are commissioned and woven exclusively for you, they cannot be canceled once the looming process has officially begun.

We stand by the heritage of our weaves. If a standard-sized rug does not perfectly align with your vision, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be in its original, unused condition. Refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method, deducting only the return shipping logistics. (Note: Custom and bespoke rugs are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect).

We recommend regular, gentle vacuuming (without a beater bar) to remove dust, and immediate blotting with a clean, dry cloth for any spills. To maintain the natural luster and oils of the wool and silk fibers, we strongly advise professional rug cleaning every 1 to 2 years.
